Traveler's Adaptor Recall
We are currently undertaking a voluntary recall on our Traveler's Adaptors which are marked with the words "ThinkPad" and "Patent Pending 250V~2200W-10A MAX" (please refer to the pictures below). You are one of the customers who received the Traveler's Adaptor as a free gift between June 15, 2005 and November 28, 2006. The adaptors were recently found not to be in full compliance with the requirements of the Electrical Products (Safety) Regulations. The Traveler's Adaptors have caused no injury to any members of the public. However, for safety reasons, you are advised to stop using the Traveler's Adaptor and return it to our Redemption Center at the address below immediately. As a small gesture of our gratitude, we will offer you an All-in-One Card Reader.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this recall.
